Welcome to WorkSell.ng ("WorkSell", "we", "us", "our"). These User Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.worksell.ng, the WorkSell mobile app, and any other related sites, applications, services, and goods (each, the "Site").By accessing or using the Site, registering for a WorkSell account, or participating in our affiliate, influencer, or similar programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
These Terms may change from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will also take additional steps as required by applicable law, including notifying you of material changes. We recommend that you check these Terms periodically for updates.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract.- Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age may only use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission.
- Minors under 13 are not permitted to use the Site or WorkSell services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2.2 Account Types
WorkSell.ng offers two types of accounts:- Freelancer Accounts: For individuals offering services.
- Merchant/Employer Accounts: For individuals or businesses hiring freelancers.
2.3 Account Security

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
2.4 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it promptly when changes occur.3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

| Illegal Activities | Use the Site for any illegal activities or to facilitate human trafficking, fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing |
4. Services and Transactions
4.1 Freelancer Services
Freelancers may offer services through their profiles ("Gigs"). Clients may post project requirements. WorkSell.ng facilitates connections but is not a party to service agreements between users.4.2 Service Agreements
When a client hires a freelancer, both parties enter into a binding service agreement. WorkSell.ng is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.4.3 Milestones and Escrow
- Clients fund milestones into escrow before work begins.
- Funds are held securely and released to freelancers upon milestone completion and client approval.
- Disputes are handled through our internal resolution process.
4.4 Communication
All communications regarding projects should occur through the Site's messaging system to maintain records for dispute resolution.5. Fees, Commissions, and Payments
5.1 Freelancer Fees
WorkSell.ng charges a service fee on each transaction. The current fee structure is displayed on our Pricing page. Fees are deducted automatically upon payment release.5.2 Client Fees
Clients may be charged transaction fees for certain payment methods, including credit card processing fees and currency conversion fees.5.3 Withdrawal Fees
Bank transfer and withdrawal fees are clearly displayed before you complete any withdrawal from your WorkSell.ng Wallet.5.4 Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for:- Determining applicable taxes on your transactions.
- Collecting and remitting taxes to appropriate authorities.
- Filing accurate tax returns.
WorkSell.ng may collect taxpayer information and forms as required by law.
